Creating a realistic and well-crafted 3D visualization always starts with good documentation. The more complete the material is, the smoother the project goes. Below is an overview of what information is good to gather before a new visualization project. Note that changes to the documentation after the project has started may incur additional costs.

General
- Site plan
- Floor plan
- Address/location
- 3D model (if available)
- Deadline (date)
- Image format (e.g. 3:2, 1:1, 9:16)
Exterior
- Facade drawings with design and materials
- Materials for facade, roof, windows, doors, and ground
- Example images of exteriors you like
Interior
- Kitchen drawing
- Bathroom drawing
- Material description (floors, walls, kitchen, bathroom)

Other useful information
If something is missing, generic objects/materials from the artist's library will be used.
- Example images that you like. It can be a similar project that turned out well or a feeling you want to achieve.
- It is rarely possible to build every detail exactly; it takes unreasonable time without improving the overall impression.
- When needed, ready-made 3D models (e.g. faucets, fixtures, furniture) can be sourced from manufacturers.
